We are global provider of premium Contact Center Solutions to many of the world's leading brands.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Lead Generation Specialist position is to make outbound calls, scheduling appointments for our sales & follow up with clients related to appointments. Work in a performance driven environment with daily goals for each project. Take direction from all center management team and maintains a positive, motivated attitude.

Shifts Timmings:
Monday to Saturday: 06:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Part Time Shift Female's & Male's Required)
Monday to Saturday: 11:00 PM to 06:00 AM (Full Time Shift Male's Required Only)
Skills
· Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
· Fresh or outbound call center experience a plus.
· Strong communication (sales) and persuasion skills; good telephone techniques and skills.
· Ability to take direction, follow through and multi-task; ability to work under pressure and meet changing requirements in a fast paced environment.
· Team player, pro-active, positive attitude at all times.
· Follow proper script for setting appointments.
· Preferably not older than 35 years old
· Willing to work on a flexible shift schedule
