Panther Developers a prestigious multinational construction company (Islamabad, Pakistan) is hiring salespersons (only females) due to their extension for Karachi and Peshawar office.
Job Mission:
Direct sales of complete Panther Development projects. Responsible for expanding customer base while maintaining existing relationships.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Achieves regional sales objectives by extensive prospecting, qualifying, relationship-building, selling, and closing; customer contact by phone, email, and in person; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; identifying trends, all while meeting regional budget guidelines
· Works closely with management to identify opportunities and coordinate sales and marketing plans.
· Establishes sales goals with management by creating and executing a territory management plan
· Increases customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
· Identifying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
· Attending industry events; personally maintaining industry networks.
· Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
