The Customer Service Executive post is mainly about communication position and performs tele prospecting functions for our clients. -Making Outbound Calls through Dialer -Generating Leads You use the Dialer to communicate with the customers that are assigned to you in the database. After each contact you need to make result of each call, update the database and type clear and concise notes.
