| Job Description: |
|
- Coordinate with Web Development and SEO Teams in following up with Technology and Product Management Departments for any Content related fixes and portal environments
- Perform a quality assurance review and a live review on all the portals from the content, functionality, and usability perspective.
- Document, identified errors along with suggestions on improvement wherever possible to the Portal Managers.
- Proofread content on portals while adhering to the author's intended message.
- Review and improve new portal's launch processes and procedures.
- Regularly review portals for layout and functionality errors and get those fixed
- Coordinate with Task Reporters and Web Development Team to ensure swift error free releases of design, themes, landing pages and other marketing campaigns.
