Job Purpose: (Summary of why the job exists )
Ensure smooth operation of boilers to provide required steam for production operations by maintaining Safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow safety checklist & ensure compliance of Boiler Safety guidelines
- Follow laid down procedures for boiler start up / shutdown
- Maintain Daily checklist and log book related to Boiler safety record.
- Have close eye of boiler safety and take corrective measures to avoid accident.
- Perform and follow Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance procedures regarding Boiler/accessories.
- Maintain cleaning and GMP of relevant area.
- Ensure safety guidelines for handling of Fuel, Lubricants and Gas
- Participate in External/Internal projects in relevant areas
