We are looking for a driven Social Media Consultant to attract and interact with targeted communities and networks.
The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
Responsibilities
· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
· Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
· Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
· Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Google+ etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
· Pitch to bloggers and other key thought-leaders.
· Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget.
· Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
· Increasing sales of the company by implementing effective Social Media Strategies and engaging with online customers.
· Ability to create professional posts and taglines.
· Actively monitor & implement Online Brand Reputation Management.
· Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
Requirements
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Exceptional written and oral skills of English
