You'll be responsible for communicating with customers for pre-sales, customer onboarding, long term customer retention. This job requires a technical background, must have worked in a technical (software or hardware) company.
We make enterprise software solutions (SaaS) which are used by over 10000 companies around the world, predominantly in the US, Australia and Canada. We reach out to them regularly via emails, calls, support guides, blogs, newsletters and support forums. Our product has been featured in known technology publications as well as industry specific articles.
Our primary goal is to maximize the value we provide to our customers, with revenue being secondary. Our belief is that a value driven organization is required for a long term growth strategy rather than being revenue driven. To meet the goals for customer satisfaction, we need a Customer Success Manager who has immaculate writing and effective communication.
Salary Expectation
There is no ceiling on salary for the positions, the only criteria being that your abilities must define it rather than experience years or the receding hairline or the past package or the growing waistline etc
