You will…

  • Understand the needs and challenges faced by our customers via emails, calls, forums, surveys etc
  • Build consensus on priorities leading to customer engagement  
  • Drive customer success with a team of world class product managers, content writers and engineers.
  • Be an expert communicator to bridge gaps between design, engineering, marketing, customer support, and our users
  • Follow through and not rest until the customer issue is resolved, yielding results, and you’ve measured these results
  • Recognize and shape up our competitive position 
  • Work with customers, understand their pain-points, and figure out if we’re on track or need to adjust course

  You should…

  • Love communicating
  • Be versatile, flexible and be able to understand everything ranging from technical issues to market strategy
  • Have 1+ years of similar experience
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Have excellent organizational and analytical skills
