Job Description

  • Consistent delivery of assigned sales targets, with a view to remain at par with the monthly and annual targets.
  • Deliver highest levels of services to bank customers.
  • Acquisition of new customers; Responsible to follow ABPL & SBP AML / CFT Policy, while opening of accounts.
  • Escalation of suspicious activity in any account.
  • Sales & Marketing of cross selling Bank’s products.
  • Pro-actively gear up sales efforts, in line with changes in business strategy.
  • Executing marketing activates to increase volumes and building relationship to extend banking facilities.
  • In conjunction with BM/, ensure effective implementation / rollout of relevant marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Provide market feedback to BM on new product and service opportunities.
  • Ensure no A/C is opened with exception, proactively resolving exceptions through follow –ups.
  • Ensure compliance with guideline specified by regulatory (Internal & External) authorities as well as SOPs.
