The purpose of the job is to develop marketing strategies to enhance organizations corporate image for assigned web, digital and social media channels,
- Develop lead-generation strategies in coordination with Manager Corporate Communication for corporate website and social media channels.
- Enhancement of our Social and Digital Media presence via online tools and applications to make it user-friendly and effective in terms of experience and utility for customers.
- Utilize Google Analytics, SEO results and Portal metrics effectively to improve the digital platforms on regular basis.
- Strategy development for enhancing online presence & improve visibility and engagement on website, intranet and social media channels (internal and external audiences).
- Develop a monthly calendar of Social Media activities to increase fan base, engagement and awareness about our products and Islamic banking
- Conduct regular marketing activities for Intranet portal to create awareness and engage employees to the new platform.
- Coordination with related vendors including developers and in-house designer for Intranet portal and Facebook/Twitter campaign visuals
- Record maintenance of Website and Social Media Product Leads and timely forwarding them to telemarketing unit.
- Compiling and maintaining MIS and Quarterly progress report of our Website, Portal and Social media presence
- Share in-depth Industry analysis of Social Media presence on monthly basis to keep track of competitor campaigns and strategy (Facebook, Linked-In, Twitter)
