- Assist HoD in managing Transport Fleet, Fuel cards, and Mobile Phone Exp bills etc, ensuring approval protocols.
- To check suppliers’ bills and forward only authorized bills to finance dept for payment.
- Vendors management, their contracts, renewal of contracts, Bills verification, Follow-up of payments
- Utilities’ management, bills verification & payment.
- Assist HoD in managing & ensuring Health & Safety measures.
- To ensure security requirements of the office premises along with all the indoor & outdoor events.
- Procurement and maintenance of office equipments/stationary/furniture/fixtures, keeping proper record of company assets issued to personnel and ensure accountability.
- To manage peons & housekeeping; ensure pest control, workplace hygiene, sanitary and plumbing requirements, space management, minor repairs (Carpentry, masonry, furniture, painting etc.).
