- Work closely with Abacus Quality Assurance Lead and Project Manager.
- Effectively utilize the technology resources to measure the quality levels of Service Data Entry Vendors.
- Will highlight improvements cushions in existing operational processes.
- Will update the status of monitoring through defined Reporting System.
- Coordinate with Abacus and Vendors to meet quality standards.
- Monitor the productivity and Quality Service Levels of Data Entry and Service Delivery as per defined SLA.
- Will escalate the issues according to the nature, which can create hurdles for the successful completion of the daily productivity.
- Will provide detailed analysis Report to Quality Assurance Lead to take necessary actions for Quality and Productivity improvement.
Skills
30% -50% - Traveling within respective District(s). Local residential will be highly preferred.
Should be Masters and having adequate computer/analytical skills.
Good Command on Ms, Excel.
Good Communication, Leadership Skill
Pressure handling skills and flexible to work in all the shifts.
