Your Role and Responsibility: EFU Life offers insurance products that provide value and long-term protection for your family. Products such as term assurance, critical illness, education and pension planning solutions as well as protection products are part of our extensive product portfolio. To further strengthen the strong relationship with our clients we have products dealing with the savings and protection needs of the female population, financial planning by grandparents for their grandchildren and a child marriage plan. Your job would be to sell life insurance to clients by fixing an appointment on telephone by using data provided by company, and then the senior manager will go along with you to close a sale and help you in grooming your sales consultant skills. We shall provide you 6 days professional training by master trainers at EFU training center Lahore. Package: 1- 10 Thousand Fixed salary plus 20 percent incentive on sales. Target would be 40 thousand per month. OR 2- A lump sum of 40 percent incentive on sales. Career Growth: We assure career growth to our sales consultants to become managers and enjoy fixed salary/car and other benefits provided by company.
