Abtact requires enthusiastic and dynamic female Receptionist. Candidate must be groomed, confident and able to work independently. The incumbent will be responsible for following:
- Managing Reception Desk
- Greet, assist and/or direct visitors.
- Ensure that general office reception and guest/ coordination services are provided in an effective and efficient manner
- Answer all incoming calls, handle caller inquiries and relay telephone messages to the concerned department
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries
- General administrative work if required.
- Maintaining appointment and visitors' record
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Fluent in English
- Well groomed with good inter-personal skills
