We require Assistant Manager- Software Operations/Projects who is capable,

  • To lead a software operation team to support the online and back office applications 24 x 7 operations
  • Point of contact for customers' technical escalations
  • Manage projects to ensure smooth implementation
  • Provide consultation and appropriate recommendations to internal/external customers
  • Lead in requirement gatherings, solution design, configuration, testing, training, integration, change control and acceptance process
  • Manage user expectations and deliverables
  • Manage the planning, coordination, communication, execution, and reporting of BC/DR tests/exercises. Facilitate monthly drills testing and ensure actionable continuity plans

Skills & Interest:-

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent numerate discipline
    3 to 5 years relevant experience
  • Able to engage and work closely with internal/external clients to devise solutions on how to improve their existing business process
  • Strong communication skills, including the capacity to deal with multiple stakeholders and effectively articulate strategy and technical information in clear and appropriate manner.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
  • Time management skills and knowledge of how to correctly and efficiently make use of resources
  • Good analytical/problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience and proven technical expertise on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems platforms
  • Manage and ensure compliance to Risk and Compliance policies and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle EBS, Oracle Forms, Oracle Database, Informix and Oracle Forms & Reports would be plus
  • Hands-on experience on AIX/UNIX/LINUX would be plus
