Job Functions:
- Maintain active business with Company assigned accounts.
- Maintain close contact with all assigned customers; ensure high level of customer satisfaction. Come up with strategies to sell web enhancements to existing clients.
- Perform pre-sales and post sales activities in coordination with the Sales reps from the US office to acquire new leads / clients.
- Proposal writings, gathering project / task estimates from the Eng. Floor and presenting the solution to clients either directly or in junction with the US office reps is a must.
- You will be responsible for estimates / timelines provided to clients that are assigned to your account. The US office will follow your provided guidelines.
- Negotiate reasonably and effectively.
- Coordinate with the Eng. Floor to ensure timely deliveries of your projects. Active and regular updates in a timely manner to the clients will be your core responsibility.
- You may use Guru, Elance, PPH and other platforms to bring new business to the Company and strengthen your quarterly achievements.
- Ensure Company tools are actively and appropriately (WorkflowMax, Basecamp, Asana etc.).
