Objective 1: Preparation of documentation related with implementation of field activities in close collaboration with FSL Field Officer

· Preparation and printing of beneficiaries registration forms

· Preparation and printing of monitoring tools

· Support FSL team in office related activities, like documentation, classification of information and documents, photocopying etc

Objective 2: Support of field activities as required

  • Collaborate with field officers in field activities as community mobilization and sensitization
  • Support in implementation of cash disbursements
  • Facilitation in activities monitoring as required

Objective 3: Project Reporting

· Collaborate in data collection for FSL surveys when required

· Conduct data entry under the technical supervision of the FSL Monitoring Officer when required

· Develop activity reports

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL
• Experience in documentation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good understanding and communication in English
• Good capacity of prioritizing and organizing tasks


PREFERRED
• Strong team spirit
• Good communication skills
