Toronto based Adam's Victory Fund is looking for expansion into Pakistan and require an ambitious individual to lead our team based out of Islamabad.
Candidates for this position should be senior-level professionals with a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing projects in Pakistan.
The position requires significant coordination skills, broad general and technical knowledge, experience in developing countries and skills to ensure coherence and consistency in spite of urgent deadlines.
The CoP will overseas a team of around six people and will be based out of Blue Area, Islamabad.
Requirments:
- At Least five years of experience, no more than 10 years of experience.
- Hold a four-years bachelors degree or a combination of degrees leading to 16 year's of education.
- Preferably from a reputable national or foreign recognized institution.
- Fluent in both Urdu and English.
- Some experience in communications, project management and other leadership roles.
- We're not looking for a specific degree or experience in specific sector, what we're looking for a well-rounded person with strong leadership skills.
- Some experience in Health-related role is valuable.
- Must have good public speaking skills, as the role requires acting as a focal person on several national and foreign platforms.
About the job:
- The job is level PS-5
- Health insurance
- The initial contract is for one year, and is renewable.
- 10% increment every year.
