We are currently looking for customer- focused delivery consultants who have a desire to work with the latest technologies and use them to design and deliver robust solutions to our clients in GCC region. The candidate will be an integral member of our Fusion Middleware division with constant opportunities to learn while playing a key role in successful customer implementations. Responsibilities: - Help the Addvantum Business Process Management team to grow, establish standards and reusable components, and form a strong collaborative atmosphere where ideas are shared
- Become a go-to resource for architecture and hands-on delivery for Oracle Business Process Management (Oracle BPM 11g) solutions
- Lead customers in the planning, process building, KPI planning, implementation, testing, training, and support of BPM endeavors
- Apply BPM and SOA concepts and best practices (including common patterns and frameworks) to solution design and implementation
- Mentor junior BPM resources to expand the teams capacity and establish consistency among delivery consultants
- Identify and quickly escalate potential issues with solution design, packaged software, client resources, or anything else that impacts your ability to deliver according to expectations
- Provide timely and accurate status updates to project leadership
Required Skills: - A minimum of 3 years hands-on business process management solution delivery in Oracle BPM Suite, or a comparable enterprise-level BPM tool
- A minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with Oracle BPM Suite 11g and Oracle SOA Suite 11g
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and its application within business process automation solutions
- Strong knowledge of developing solutions using Oracle JDeveloper and Oracle Business Process Composer
- Experience with building data objects for use within a BPM project and utilizing reusable data definitions
- Understanding of typical business processes and how to align process improvements with business goals
- Strong attention to detail around business process design and process improvement
- Ability to work closely with customer subject matter experts and convert requirements into solution design
- Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts
- Excellent written and verbal skills are essential
- Strong consulting skills to work in a professional manner with customer IT and business users
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio
- Experience with Web Services and interacting with Oracle Database 11g
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve difficult problems quickly
- Ability to take total ownership of assignments to resolve issues and drive them to completion
Desired Skills: - Experience with Oracle Business Activity Monitoring
- Experience with Oracle WebCenter Portal
- Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content (Oracle Universal Content Management)
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic Server
- Experience with Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) or Java development
- Experience working in an Agile methodology
- Scrum knowledge/experience a plus
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and frameworks
- Background or experience in user interface development helpful
