An ICT and Telecom System Solution providing company urgently looking for Female Admin / office Assistant with good communications and pleasing personality.
Job Responsibility:
- Courier and Mail Management
- Record keeping
- Admin work including completion
- Maintaining and organizing all the records and files, Courier and Mails
- Vendor & Facility management
- Handling visitors with professional etiquette.
- other duties that are required in line with the nature of the administrative / assistant role.
Skills
Ability to handle multi-tasking and changing gears quickly, while prioritizing and managing the work-flow effectively with work deadlines.
Organized, Confident, Energetic, Adaptable, Creative, Team Player, Flexible, Punctual, Good Listener.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Sound Administrative Tasks Handling and related procedures
Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with Management, and Co-workers, etc.
Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
Prior Experience handling similar practices in office environment will be an added advantage.
