| Job Description: |
|
- Organize domestic travel and manage guest houses
- Coordinate with fleet department for pickup and drop of guests
- Ensure all utility bills are received, checked and paid timely
- Supervise kitchen/refreshment supplies and maintain proper records
- Assign duties to gardeners to ensure that gardening work is taken care of
- Maintenance of proper filing and retrieval system
- Prepare time sheets for all support staff and assign overtime duty if required
- Perform external affairs duties when required
Any other task assignment by the line supervisor QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE- MBA/ Masters Degree.
- At least 2- 3 years of relevant experience
- Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies.
- Previous experience of managing all similar tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
