- CSR will be overseeing the complete operations.
- You will be tackling issues concerning orders, refunds, exchanges, deals & promotions.
- Resolve complaints via phone call, email or social media platforms.
- Individual should be able to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, follow up to ensure resolution with a pleasant and aggressive work approach.
- Bachelors degree with at least 02 years of relevant experience.
- Incumbent must be well versed in writing & speaking English.
- Execellent communication & interpersonal skiils
- Job Timing: Monday to Saturday 10AM to 7PM'
