Ensure In-store fundamentals (Distribution, Pricing, Visibility, Promotion and Shelving) to maintain and secure company’s market shares and sales targets.
- Distribute 100% core SKUs to his customers to establish strong base for the strategic core brands and new developing brands.
- Achieve monthly volume targets, brand wise, as aligned at start of the month.
- Achieve Perfect Store (PS) target by Identifying and enrolling new stores
- Align customers on Hot-Spot location & Gondola placement
- Ensure right PS discount is passed to worthy customers
- Work as per the company Code of Conduct.
- Manage in-store damages as per policy
- Apply acquired training principle in the field and maintain continuity of learning.
- Grow territory and achieve daily, weekly,monthly and yearly KPIs and targets
- Do merchandising on store, i.e. making Hot Spot or In category displays(MR)
- Attend daily morning meetings and plan/prepare a clear organized journey plan with clear objectives to increase daily productivity/efficiency
- Report any ongoing competition activities to management and recommend corrective actions
- Identify new opportunities that might emerge in any trade channel with clear recommendations to accomplish creative initiatives on trade / consumer level.
- Sell brand initiatives and seek customer agreement on POP execution in stores.
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing customers
- Generate and develop new customers
- Grow current customers
- Change damage product of customers with the help of suppliers
