Job Description

  • Ensuring that safety and security measure are intact on office premises
  • Ensuring smooth management of the resources utilized by departments.
  • Maintaining the overall service contract for all the service providing companies with AKES,P.
  • Overseeing all general administrative work such as office maintenance, staff support, office supplies etc.
  • Maintenance of all AKES,P vehicles and ensuring their proper functionality.
  • Maintaining all rented premises agreements, dealing with owners and linking bridges between AKES,P and them
  • Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Monitoring cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Ensuring that operations adhere to policies and regulations.


Effective Communication Skills, Organisational and Multitasking skills, Strong knowledge of administration
