- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep in the offices and premises as well
- Ensure proper electric supply i.e. generator and main power supply
- To obtain quotations for major purchases i.e.
- Bulk purchase of stationery and other supplies to schools
- Bulk purchases of Examination material for schools
- Obtain Quotations for printing and coordinate with Communication dept. for approval.
- Responsibility of printing of all office stationery
- Printing of School Admission brochures as per the need basis.
- Responsible for repair and maintenance of equipment’s
- Minor repairs and maintenance of building
- Repair and maintenance of equipment’s
- Repair and maintenance of furniture
- Generator repair and maintenance
- Ensure the vehicle maintenance of Regional Office.
- Coordinate with all the South schools for different works.
- Processing the documentation related to schools and Regional office and to keep a track of it.
- Maintain a monthly record of Purchase request, Capital Expenditures, major maintenance etc.
- Process the utility bills of Regional Office.
- Maintain a centralized record of south schools.

Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKES,P) is a network of educational institutions that combines the operation of 159 schools and 5 hostels with the management of programmes to enhance the quality of teachers, academic resources and learning environments in Pakistan through community partnerships and long-term interventions. It is one of the largest third-sector networks of educational institutions in Pakistan and part of an international network of over 200 schools spread in 8 countries of the world under the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). Reaching out to the remotest areas of the country, AKES,P has been providing quality education in the region for the past 110 years. It is a direct provider of education for nearly 36,000 students from pre-primary to higher secondary levels and facilitates access to higher education through the provision of scholarships, hostels and other educational support services.With more than 2,000 employees, of whom over 1,500 areteachers, AKES,P is also supported by over 2,000 volunteers. In Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral, the first AKES,P schools were setup in the 1940s; since then they have contributed significantly toincreasing the literacy rates and social development in theremote, mountainous, harsh and ecologically fragile regions ofNorthern Pakistan. AKES,P currently operates 151 schools inGilgit-Baltistan and Chitral, providing education to over 27,000students, of which 54% are girls. Through these efforts, AKES,Pis continuing to play a critical role in women’s development inthe region. In the Southern Region, AKES,P operates four schools in Karachi,three in Hyderabad and rural Sindh and one in Hafizabad,Punjab, with over 8,900 students. All AKES,P schools follow theNational Curriculum but place special emphasis on the teachingof English, Mathematics, Science and the increasing use ofInformation and Communication Technologies (ICT).
