|
The incumbent will report to the Chief Executive Officer of AKF(P) and will be responsible for managing and overseeing both the Administration and IT Departments. S/he will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Using standard procedures and tools carry out and supervise tasks associated with the planning, installation, upgrade, operation, control and maintenance of all IT systems.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies of the organization specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, and organizational planning.
- Liaise with Government Regulatory Authorities, the Economic Affairs Division and the Ministry of Interior on regular basis to ensure smooth flow of operations.
- Plan and implement office systems and layout, as well as equipment procurement.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towards operational excellence.
Required Qualifications: - The incumbent should have a Masters degree in Computer Science or an MBA and at least ten years of relevant experience in IT and/or Administration.
- Candidates with good written & spoken English, excellent interpersonal skills & knowledge of modern of IT systems, flexibility to travel and ability to work in a diversified team environment are encouraged to apply.
