· The Design coordinator will be responsible for managing the design development, production of design drawings, specification, site monitoring visits and bill of quantities including liaison with external consultants, hospital planner and AKHS,A. · Ensure that design and material specifications meets with project budgets and schedules, Review geotechnical reports · Ensure that technical drawings codes and standards, highly resistant to earthquake motion while providing the best combination of cost, construction efficiency and system durability available in Afghanistan. · Communicate with the project director, consultants and other disciplines as required, prepare or assist in preparation of construction and tender documents.
