· Planning and forecasting for construction material according to work plan.
· Purchasing, moving, storing, and keeping track of all the construction material and office supplies including their timely delivery to different site offices and construction sites.
· Building good relationship with suppliers in order to ensure timely supply of material and services.
· Ensuring security and safety requirements of the inventory and warehouse.
· Ensuring necessary documentation and paper work for all assets and inventory are in place.
· Keeping high coordination with admin department for insurance of Inventory/fixed assets.
