·Develop and implement a Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation System (PM&E)system for AKPBSP covering project objectives, results, activities, indicators, and review procedures.
·Review, adopt, test and modify existing/available M&E tools, techniques and methods to suit specific needs of the project.
·Provide guidance and support to the project staff in implementation and/or modification of data collection, monitoring, review and assessment procedures.
·Design and implement M&E specific capacity building program for enhancing the M&E capabilities of project staff and entrepreneurs.
·Prepare monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual progress reports of the project.
