AgileBudi (Pvt.) Limited, a Software Technology company working on offshore projects, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager. Ideal candidate will be a Business Graduate with strong Business Development and Sales skills. Only candidates with experience from IT and Software technologies firms will be considered.
Working Responsibilities
- Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
- Cold-call to potential prospects that are generated by external sources of leads.
- Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
- Penetrate all targeted accounts, and radiate sales from potential prospects.
- Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
- Fulfilling daily targets given by management.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via phone, and email cross-sell and up-sell.
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospects calls and convert them into sales.
Mandatory Skills
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have worked in a similar capacity for a software company.
- Must have experience in dealing with offshore clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent interpersonal and analytic skills
- Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
- Must have good online searching skills.
- Must have knowledge of social media.
