| Job Description: |
|
- Providing Sales Support to the supply chain commercial team on the progress of targeted accounts. Update on weekly basis and disburse to all members
- Keep a close follow-up about the receivables and push regional team and account management team to recover the same.
- Compiling complete data with regard to all the activities of Supply Chain Commercial Team.
- Understanding & analyzing customer need via RFQs and draft an effective solution and project costing.
- Preparing proposal and presentation in response to customers requirements.
- Once a finalized, prepare detail requirement for Operations and Accounts.
- Follow-up of customers to whom the proposals are submitted or are our prime prospects.
- Review and negotiate contracts with customers with the support of legal council
- Reviewing and managing the agreements finalization requirements and maintaining the records including contract expiry.
- Record Keeping and maintaining departments data including customer data base.
- Preparing response of the tenders for Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics
