|
We are looking for a client service manager, His mission is to provide excellent client service. Duties and Responsibilities. - Providing help and advice to clients using your organizations products or services;
- Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email and Skype.
- Investigating and solving clients' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by client service assistants.
- Handling client complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a client being taken ill;
- Issuing refunds or compensation to clients.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients;
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organization is providing;
- Producing written information for clients, often involving use of computer packages/software;
- Writing reports analyzing the client service that your organization provides;
- Touch base clients to provide a one-to-one service;
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for clients to use;
- Align with production team for the entire project life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Developing client service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department;
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to client service;
- Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals;
- Training staff to deliver a high standard of client service;
- Leading or supervising a team of client service staff;
- Learning about our services and keeping up to date with changes
- Keeping ahead of developments in client service by reading relevant documents and attending courses.
