Job Description:

We are looking for a client service manager,

His mission is to provide excellent client service.

Duties and Responsibilities.

  • Providing help and advice to clients using your organizations products or services;
  • Communicating courteously with clients by telephone, email and Skype.
  • Investigating and solving clients' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by client service assistants.
  • Handling client complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a client being taken ill;
  • Issuing refunds or compensation to clients.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with clients;
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of client service your organization is providing;
  • Producing written information for clients, often involving use of computer packages/software;
  • Writing reports analyzing the client service that your organization provides;
  • Touch base clients to provide a one-to-one service;
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for clients to use;
  • Align with production team for the entire project life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Developing client service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department;
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to client service;
  • Being involved in staff recruitment and appraisals;
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of client service;
  • Leading or supervising a team of client service staff;
  • Learning about our services and keeping up to date with changes
  • Keeping ahead of developments in client service by reading relevant documents and attending courses.
