Complete E2E Contract Management of a complex technology driven organization

Ensure contract review with legal, treasury, taxation and end-user as a condition precedent to contracts formalization, for approval and execution in accordance with division guidelines.

Liaise with internal customers regarding the provision of detailed information (BOQ, Scope of work, Milestones etc.) as per agreed format along with the request for bidding & contract preparation and finalization.

Responsible for activities including drafting, editing, consolidating, facilitating execution, negotiation and administration of assigned contracts on nationwide basis.

Monitors and ensures the business provisions of assigned contracts are administered to ensure compliance to the SOX, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Health, Safety, Security and Environment Standards (HSSE) and applicable laws.

Design and implement tracking report for contracts, such as contract status, compliance, modification, renewal/termination and assignment provisions; create, maintain, and distribute associated reports.

Coordinate with internal/external customers requesting approvals and interpretations necessary to comply with the provisions of the contract.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to tackle critical business issues, mitigate, arbitrate contractual disputes, 
  • In-depth understanding of Contract Management Process, Procurement Policies and Procedures, Supply Chain Operations,
  • Strong knowledge of telecom business requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and Negotiation Skills,
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Desirable Skills:

Legal paraphrasing, Vendor Management, knowledge of telecom business and

Computer Proficiency:

MS Office (Intermediate level) Excel – ability to work on various cloud based tools and Systems.

Other Details/Skills:

Negotiations, Interpersonal skills to tackle suppliers.
