9. Lamination of AMC documents.
10. New toner replacement of printer.
11. Physical maintenance of security cameras.
12. Maintaining network monitoring screen.
13. AD user creation.
14. ISA access rule configuration.
15. Internet connection monitoring and configuration.
16. Oncall and remote technical support.
17. Assist in monthly presentation.
18. Provide cover to senior staff.
19. Perform duties assigned by HOD & senior staff.
20. Daily all floors round to check complaints and for user’s feedback.
