- To make all inward and outward gate passes for equipment/items coming in or going out.
- To keep record of all visitors & curtailing free movement of unknowns at the premises.
- Effective supervision and control of premises during & after working hours.
- Security Guards should be briefed on daily basis.
- Security Fire Alarm system monitoring. Safety of the premises.
- Parking areas supervision of parked vehicles.
- Effective control & supervision of all hospital’s assets.
- Placement of fire extinguishers and training for using them in case of fire.
- To keep a record of gas filling in extinguishers and their expiry date.
- Defining exit route in case of emergency and quarterly all employee exit drill.
- Periodic Inspection exit routes to ensure that doors and ramp are in good condition.
- Health safety, first-aid box duly equipped with all basic necessary medicines and first aid equipment.
- Make a basic plan to evacuate building in case of any unforeseen situation e.g fire or natural disaster. To play an effective role in case of accidents, fire control, visitors or guests and all other possible cases which would present in an emergency situation.
- Ensure that all video monitoring devices, specifically, entry & exit points are in working condition and immediately rectify in case any camera stops working.
