Qualification and experience:
- B.com / BBA (MBA would be preferred)
- 02 years experience
Skills and Competency:
- Analyze cost efficiency of all respective departments (Stitching)
- Monitor cost of all products involved according to the costing done by marketing
- Devise system for cost controlling
- Rationalize all cost incurred and do corrections after consulting with central accounts
- Conduct studies relating with industrial engineering department
- Prepare monthly balance sheet of all respective departments
- To monitor all payments and vouchers of respective departments
- Perform any other task assigned
- Well-versed with all operations in an office
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Able to deal with several assignments simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of MS-Office
- Must have good stress & time management Skill
- Must have ability to work in pressure environment
