Qualification and experience:
- At least Bachelors Degree (B.com/BBA) from any reputable university (Candidates having Masters degree would be preferred)
- 2 to 4 years relevant experience (in Textile/Garments industry)
Skills and Competency:
- Experience in complete computerized Payroll in a Garments/Textile concern, around 6000+ employees in an ERP environment
- Ability to analyze complex payroll problems and make recommendation to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Demonstrated understanding of integration among HR, Payroll, Benefits and Finance functions
- Good Knowledge of Payroll calculation including Piece Rate wages, Income tax deduction and filling
- Good Time management, dealing with employees / Banks
- Must have knowledge of Social Compliance
- Good Data analysis skills along with Management reporting
- Can find & resolve Payroll errors
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills
- Must have a clear concepts of Payroll Accounting
- Well-versed with all operations in an office
- Must have ability to work in pressure environment
- Able to deal with several assignments simultaneously
