They bring experience and knowledge to our various service offerings and are responsible for delivering service on assigned client engagements within their unique area of expertise. An Internal Audit & Controls professional, specializing in Insurance and Financial Services, shall be responsible for maintaining the appropriate level of utilization. The audits are comprised of the following, but are not limited to: - Identifying and reviewing key business risks by conducting risk based reviews of businesses processes, controls and projects
- Preparing audit reports and audit summaries for report to senior management
- Providing detailed information to assist management in managing business and control risk exposures
- Developing and maintaining key relationships across the business, project and assurance teams
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the group function including identifying and implementing policy and procedure improvement possibilities
- Operational Audits covering various departments in Insurance Services (underwriting, claims, payroll, actuarial, statutory reporting, quantitative analysis, HR etc.)
- Department Policies & Procedures review
- Documentation of Findings (audit reports)
- Enterprise and/or Operational Risk Assessments
