We are searching for an outstanding web developer/designer to be responsible for developing innovative, reusable Web-based tools for a progressive school. Our web developer/designer work closely with our project managers, to develop specifications and make recommendations on the use of new and emerging technologies. Programming, graphic design are all elements of this position.
· Creating the web site design. Showing us two – three samples of the GUI of the website in the initial phase
· designing graphics, animations and manipulating digital photographs;
· producing a website that is user-friendly, effective and appealing
· Must have strong skills in Photoshop, illustrators and Fireworks, or equivalent application(s).
· Would be a CMS based website so that we change gallery later and make changes on our own
· Would be 15-18 pages
· We need a person who can do the following:
- Passion for designing and innovation
- We don't need wordpress templates and need to come up with our own design
- Has fine attention to detail
- Hardworking and can complete the project on time
- Should be CREATIVE and THINK OUT OF THE BOX
- Show us different revisions of designs
We are a school that has a lot of graphic design work and could lead to other projects (creative ones) as well.
There can be some pressure to meet deadlines when extra hours may be required. Those with relevant experience can command good salaries.
