- Handle the Airway bills and shipments related operations
- Deals with airlines as well as customers.
- Maintain and expand business over the assigned network.
- Negotiate agreements and resolve potential issues or problems with clients.
- Expand existing customer base by catering to a variety of clients.
- Develop business plans to maximize Cargo Revenue
- Create awareness of services over the network to increase market influence.
- Prepare, monitor and control budget to ensure compliance with set targets.
- Develop Price structure models.
- Implement customer service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate management reports for performance evaluation.
Skills
-Have a strong track record in managing airport cargo terminal services across all areas of warehouse operations.
-Experience in driving and implementing best practice air cargo terminal processes, systems and overseeing facility upgrades.
