Position: Placement Officer
Reports to: Program Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure placement of 100% of the Youth Skill Development Program graduates in Pakistan/Afghanistan with help of Employment Facilitation Desk (EFD)

Technical:
· Strong marketing and networking skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Good understanding of human resource placements
· Experience of conducting HR trainings
· Demonstrated ability to take initiatives
· Reporting Skills
· Multilingual. Fluency in Pushto and Persian languages essential.
