Amna Inayat Medical & Educational Complex (AIMEC) requires the services of experienced Head of Student affairs to establish an active Student Affairs department which should serve as a one-window solution to all student related issues and contribute to build a holistic learning experience on campus.
Duties for the said post may include but are not limited to:
- Lead and represent the Department of Student Affairs in the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring consistency of practice and maintenance of optimum service levels.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review tactical and operational plans, procedures, systems and support in accordance with the College’s strategic goals, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Handle students admissions and records and provide student services
- Work with the Faculty Coordinators, managers and supervisors to ensure that applicable services and programs are planned, developed, regularly reviewed and updated, ensuring quality standards for program review.
- Address complaints and conduct investigations as required.
- Represent the College and College interests before authorities, other institutions, various organizations and groups.
- Conduct orientation program for new students with other members of faculty and staff.
- Control enrolment in courses. Compile information, verify and update timetables and calendar entries.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Established in 2010, AIMEC is a medical and educational complex comprising of PMDC recognized medical and dental colleges, a 500-bed teaching hospital and a law college.
