- Must be familiar with SAP as well as any industry standard computer programs
- Analyze the requirements of end users and translate them into SAP terminologies
- Train end users to utilize SAP in an effective manner
- Provide support in ongoing and special projects
- Prepare functional specifications and test scripts
- Help the function of SCM for Stores, Sales, Logistics, Procurement, Finance and Planning in their documents
- Identify the need of reports and coordinate with relevant team
- Maintain process documentation for processes and tasks
- Perform the (Master Data Management) MDM activity i.e., creation, extension, updates, archive the master data for all areas of SAP
- A highly motivated and positive attitude
