1. Final checking and verification of all vouchers including cash payments, cash receipts, bank receipts, bank payments, purchase vouchers, sales and various journal vouchers and their posting in to accounting software to record accurately all the accounting transactions by applying various checks, approvals.
2. Prepare reports on weekly, monthly or annual basis including cash flows, budgets, bank positions, product castings, expense details, payments approvals.
3. Responsible to take care of sales tax matters including their monthly returns submission, sales tax records, production records and their audits and issuance of local sales invoices and sales tax invoices.
4. Responsible to take care of income tax matters of company concerns including their annual taxable accounts, taxable records, taxable production records and their audits and assessments.
5. Responsible to take care of corporate and registration matters of company.
6.Able to generate financial statements of the company with the help of software & able to analyze potential problems , risk etc.
7.Overall supervision of operations of the business considering the accounting aspect of the transaction and advice the management with best solution in case of any decision making.
8. Preparation of final payroll & advance/loan adjustment
9. Ensure all weekly and monthly returns including Monthly Management Accounts.
10. Ensure each department adheres to established accounting policies & the budget.
11. Monitor, control and seek appropriate approvals for all capital expenditures.
12. Monitor Cash Flows regularly, prioritize payments, keep track of deposits and transfers
13. Physical verification of company's assets from time to time.
14. Monitor and ensure timely release of marketing funds.
15. Liaise with Banks/Financial Institution for current and future borrowing.
Each Applicant must furnish at lest two professional references in his resume.
Skills Required:
CA Inter / ACCA/MBA (Finance)/ACMA with at least 5years of relevant experience & comprehensive knowledge of accounts, finance, corporate & taxation standards & laws
