Candidate will be responsible for:

Administrative Job Duties:

  • Provide supplies by identifying needs for reception, mails and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  • Provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  • Purchase printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices (Stationary and Printing/Packaging material) .
  • Complete special projects by organising and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilising filing and retrieval systems.
  • Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
  • Provides cost effective admin services - public relations, housekeeping, etc.
  • Upkeep and smooth functioning of installed equipments – lightning, air conditioning, lifts, generators, fire and safety
  • Should know how to drive a car and to be able to maintain company cars

Human Resources Job Duties:

  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintain organisation staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; maintaining records.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Complete human resource operational requirements by recording in, out, leave and present records
  • Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
