1.Overall responsible for cleanliness, repair, maintenance and asset management.
2.Manage day to day administrative operations in areas such as logistics, facility management, maintenance and security management.
3.Manage branch store.
4.Maintaining various log books (Stationary, Uniform, Cleaning material)
5.Maintaining the attendance system.
6.Undertake & execute special assignments / tasks delegated by branch head.
7.Coordinate branch security by scheduling security guard duties and respond to any problem in after office hours.
8.Manage key electric appliances.
9.Coordinate human resource recruitment with head office.
