AMC is looking for a Junior Site Engineer to assist in the planning and management of all Civil Engineering-related projects, activities and analyses conducted at the construction site. The Junior Site Engineer will help oversee all construction activities at the site, and also help with all support activities and functions necessary to ensure successful completion of engineering project objectives.
- Manage project document logs (RFIs, Drawings, Submittals, etc.).
- Develop a thorough understanding of project plans and documents, assist the Site Engineer with the plan review.
- Coordinate with the Site Engineer to promote jobsite safety.
- Work with Site Engineer to review subcontractor submittals for accuracy and completeness.
- Assume responsibility for coordinating and tracking the distribution and storage of all documents, including: drawing sets, specifications, sketches, ASIs, permits, etc.
- Assist the Site Engineer with coordination. Including the coordination drawing process, coordination meetings, etc.
Procurement and Inventory Management
- Manage all inventory-related activities at the designated project site, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining all construction-related supplies.
- Assist in preparing BoQ for construction projects.
