· Preparation of Greige PO, Processing Program, Stitching Program and forward to relevant department.
· Gets Approval from Marketing Manager regarding fabric samples, packing materials and Accessories, Finish sample etc.
· Follow up of all production activities of the order i.e. greige production, processing production sample, processing production status, preproduction samples of Made ups, stitching production follow up till shipment.
· Daily feed back to managers regarding all production activities.
· Co-ordinate with quality control department regarding the product quality.
· Arrange all the accessories required for Made ups and Terry Towel.
