We are looking for energetic and talented individuals, with team leadership experience, to join our Web &Mobile development team at the Lahore office, developing highly scalable, enterprise level applications. You will have the opportunity to work on both the front end (mobile apps) and the back end (server logic).

General Required Knowledge/Skill-set:

1. Strong Analytical, Algorithmic, Programmatic, and problem solving skills

2. Strong Object Oriented Programming & Software engineering Concepts

3. Strong Data Structure, Design Patterns and RDBMS Concepts

4. Good SQL/DBMS knowledge

5. State machine logic and Regular Expressions

6. Good understanding of Mobile application development/User Interfaces and using UI for creating native and web application.

7. Demonstrated ability to deliver quality work under stress on time and be a quick learner

8. Demonstrated ability to work in a team oriented environment

9. Good interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbal

10. Team leadership qualities - leads by example, motivates, and mentors junior staff

11. Must have gone through a number of performance appraisals for junior staff

12. Must have Excellent project reporting and documentation skills

13. Must be able to instill moral and ethical corporate values

14. Must have Microsoft Project and estimation skills

Android must have skills:

-Hands-on programming skills in Core Java,JSON Objects, J2EE, J2SE,framework, Multi-threading and concurrency, I/Oand Network Programming

- Android SDK, UI layouts, Designing for multiple screens, Multi-threading, Fragments, Activities, ICS development

- Memory Management, Finding Memory Leaks

- Push Notifications frameworks

- Database Integration

- Sockets/Web Based Services consumption

- Google Market submission process, and at least 2 apps published to the stores

Preferred Knowledge/Skill-set:

2) Knowledge of web technologies(PHP, ASP.Net,Java e.t.c.) & Exposure to Web services (JAX-WS, SOAP etc);

3) Extensive knowledge of Garbage collection/ constructor destructor calling/

memory Management and Performance analysis

4)Knowledge of different Software Development Methodologies Junit,Rapid application development concepts, Extreme/AGILE development methodology etc

5) Knowledge of X-Code IDE, Cocoa, Android SDK, Eclipse, Blackberry SDKs
