|
- Selling of training courses.
- Strong networking, influencing and facilitation skills.
- Demonstration ability to provide high quality customer satisfaction.
- Managing in-house training programs at client's site according to their requirements.
- Liaising with Trainer and Manager Business Assurance to finalize venue, and any other support required etc.
- Handling all logistics concerning the execution of trainings.
- Distributing training materials to the participants, monitoring of training program and provide necessary support to the Trainer.
- Dispatching training certificates to the participants.
- Maintaining all files including registrations, list of participants, and other relevant data.
